Qualified students, 9th through 12th grade, in participating public high schools can take a variety of online college-credit courses at no cost to them or to their families. Most North Carolina Community Colleges are currently participating. High school students may take an online course through many of our Community Colleges across the state.
UNCG iSchool courses are real college courses taken in a computer lab at your high school with a classroom facilitator who’s there to help. There are also live people available online, including your UNCG instructor and the folks at our UNCG iSchool Help Desk. They are the exact same courses that degree-seeking UNCG students are taking; not some watered-down version created for high school students. Students who complete and receive a grade of “C” or better in any iSchool course receive both high school and college credit for that course.
